The Texas Public Safety Fall Symposium Planning Committee is excited to announce that the Call for Presentations is officially OPEN for the 2026 Fall Symposium, taking place October 27–29, 2026, in Amarillo, Texas.

We invite emergency communications professionals, public safety leaders, trainers, supervisors, telecommunicators, and industry experts to share their knowledge, experience, innovative ideas, and best practices with attendees from across Texas and beyond. Whether your expertise involves 911 operations, leadership, wellness, technology, training, quality assurance, emergency medical dispatch, crisis communications, responder safety, or any topic that supports the advancement of public safety communications, we encourage you to submit a presentation proposal.


Submission Timeline

Call for Presentations Opens: Now Open

Submission Deadline: Sunday, September 6, 2026, at 11:59 PM (CT)

All presentation proposals must be submitted by the deadline to be considered by the Symposium Planning Committee.


Following the close of submissions, all proposals will undergo a comprehensive review based on educational value, relevance, originality, presenter experience, and overall conference programming needs. Selected presenters will be notified after the review process is complete.


This symposium provides an outstanding opportunity to educate, inspire, and connect with fellow public safety communications professionals while helping shape the future of our profession.
